Measurable Results for Children, Families, and Staff

We believe that for a Head Start program to be successful, managers need access to real time data to be able to make good decisions, and all stakeholders need to know the program delivers positive, measurable results.


Systems for Positive Child Outcomes
Acelero Learning implements an online system to record observations of children at play, to track and monitor children’s progress along the domains of learning, and to generate outcomes reports that support teachers and engage parents in their child’s learning.

Acelero Learning regularly monitors staff satisfaction data and creates systems to gather and respond to employee feedback on Head Start program operations. In a recent survey, 86% of staff at our long-term partner programs reported a high level of satisfaction with the management systems, organizational culture, and supervisory support at the Head Start program.
