Aaron Lieberman, our Co-Founder and CEO, is a former Head Start teacher. Aaron also founded and led Jumpstart, a national organization that works with over 200 Head Start programs across the country, from 1993 to 2001.

Rachel Bragin, our Director of Education and Training, is a former Jumpstart staff person who led program development efforts for that organization. Rachel also holds a Master's Degree from the Eliot-Pearson Department of Child Development at Tufts University.

Maureen McLennon, our Director of Finance is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with nearly 20 years of accounting experience as a Director of Finance or Controller in various industries including non-profit, advertising, retail and publishing. Maureen has an MBA in Business Management from Trinity College (Dublin, Ireland) and a BA in CPA Accounting and Information Systems from Pace University (Pleasantville, NY). In 2004 she was also named Woman of the Year for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Victor Ortiz, our Director of Human Resources, has had extensive experience in high growth HR environments, including managing large federal contracts and working with a diverse employee base. Victor holds a BA (English/Education) from Bucknell University and HR certifications from the HRCI and Cornell University School of Industrial Labor and Relations.

Barbara Montero, a Managing Director who supports programs in the Northeast, has extensive experience working with developing nations in Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East, including work with USAID funded not for profits. Barbara holds an MBA from Thunderbird Global School of Management.
